 "description": "<font size='3'>Shared hosted base features ArcGIS service highlighting the different boundaries within West Virginia as well as surrounding states.   These include all political (house of delegates, state senate districts, US House Districts, Metropolitan Planning Organizations(MPO), incorporated places, incorporated places annex, and  Urban Highway Places), environmental (ecoregions), public lands (state and national parks and forests  and Wildlife Management Areas), State and county boundaries, state police detachments and DOH Districts.  This service is are part of our root base services that are used for various web mapping applications and services created by WVDOT and other agencies that use our datasets  and is in the Web Mercator (WM) Projection.  Data is updated as part of the semiannual WVDOT Road Network release and is current as of May 2024<\/font>",
